Mr. Cyril B "Cy" Baloga, 81, a lifelong resident of Wilkes-Barre's North End neighborhood, passed into eternal life early Sunday morning while in the care of the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born July 29, 1938 in Wilkes-Barre, he was one of seven children to the late August and Anna (Ungvarsky) Baloga. He later took employment with the Local Carpenter's Union, #514.
In his spare time, Cy could be seen tending his annual gardens, paying particular attention to his apple trees and tomato plants. He also enjoyed cooking, especially for his grandchildren of whom he loved dearly.
